A strange hybrid of Lion and Eagle, the Gryphon has a wingspan of 10-12 feet when fully grown, and is usually 6.5-8 feet long. Their shoulder height is about 3 and a half feet. They are a peaceful species if left unprovoked, killing only for food otherwise.

At an average of 9 and a half feet long, 645 lbs and 45 inches tall at the shoulder, the Sabre Tooth is one of the largest feline predators in the entire Empire. It is a somewhat aggressive species, best avoided if at all possible.

Adult Wolverines are about the size of a medium dog, but will not hesitate to take on much larger creatures, including Bears and Panthers, especially when their young are in danger. Pound for pound, they are one of the most dangerous animals yet found.

By far the smallest Dragon in the Empire at about 3/4's the size of the Green Dragons, the Grey Dragon is still a formidable foe. They are used as mounts by the Priestesses of Lolth, Dark Wizards and various other groups and factions.

The largest predator in the Empire, and probably the most dangerous. If you are seen by one it will probably be one of the last things you see. Fortunately they keep to themselves, when they aren't hunting for food, which they only do once every few days, they tend to stay in their caves, sleeping.

Similar to the Gryphons, but much larger and much more intelligent, almost sentient. It is not uncommon for Nobles and other people of wealth to have them captured and trained as a sort of watchdog. And they have even been trained to allow people to ride on them. The Supreme Ruler keeps a pack in his kennels.

The second largest predator in the Empire, just a little smaller than the Black Dragon, the Green Dragon is much more peaceful, and there are legends of them being held as pets, which given their mostly docile nature is believable. They will defend themselves however, and are quite capable of doing so.

When standing on their hind legs male Carpathians are as much as 11.5 feet tall, making them the largest Bear in the Empire, and one of the largest in the multiverse.

At an average of 4.6 feet long from head to hindquarters and 23 inches tall at the shoulder, the Bahgira is one of the smallest Panthers in the Empire. But it is a fierce and proud creature, and an exceptional hunter.

One of the largest birds of prey in the Empire, the Sasxia has a wingspan of about 7 feet, and can achieve speeds up to 150 MPH when diving down on prey.

The largest breed of Wolf in the Empire, about 12% larger than the Snow Wolf. It has been domesticated and is used to guard Noble Drow houses and any other beings that can afford them, along with other uses such as hunting. The Supreme Ruler has a pack of them in his kennels, he uses them when he hunts. As seen here, they are sometimes armored.

The second largest breed of Wolf in the Empire, and one of the 5 largest canines in the Empire. It grows to as much as 6 feet long and 125 lbs.

One of the larger canine breeds, the Irian grows to as much as almost 6 feet long and 105 lbs.

One of the largest predators in the Empire, and one of the most viscous as well. The Guardian's Bane will kill for sport as quickly as it will for food. Luckily, they are a somewhat rare breed, and typically stay in dark damp places.
